STATEMENT OF WARRANTY
Thank you for choosing TacMount Solutions. Our products were proudly developed by SWAT operators who understand the demands of the job. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty terms:
1. Lamp Warranty: TacMount Solutions warrants the lamp against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the lamp, at no cost to the customer, with proof of purchase required.
2. Thermoplastic Mount Warranty: TacMount Solutions warrants the thermoplastic mounts against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the mount, at no cost to the customer, with proof of purchase required.
3. Aluminum Mount Warranty: TacMount Solutions warrants the aluminum mounts against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of “lifetime” from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the mount, at no cost to the customer, with proof of purchase required.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Damage caused by negligence, misuse, accident, alteration, or improper installation or repair.
• Consumable parts, such as remote switches, bulbs, and batteries, which may need to be replaced from time to time.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Clothing or apparel accessories.
Proof of Purchase Requirement: To obtain warranty service, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be presented to TacMount Solutions or an authorized service center at the time of the warranty service request.
Damage in the Line of Duty Extended Warranty: We recognize that damage is a natural part of the job for law enforcement and military personnel. If your TacMount Solutions Ballistic Shield lamp or similar operating product is involved in a critical incident and sustains unrepairable damage, TacMount Solutions will repair or replace at no cost.

Limitation of Liability: The liability of TacMount Solutions under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product as specified above. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by TacMount Solutions. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, TACMOUNT SOLUTIONS MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL TACMOUNT SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS OR WARRANTIES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
Cost of Warranty Repairs: Any repairs or replacements covered under this warranty will be provided at no cost to the customer, including parts and labor.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
